Lumio ("the Application") is a media player application that allows you to play video and audio streams from sources you provide. The Application does not supply, host, transmit, or distribute any media content, television channels, or audiovisual streams of any kind. You are responsible for providing your own lawful content sources.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Lumio application on the number of devices permitted by your purchased plan (one device for the Standard plan; up to three devices in the same household for the Household plan).

A lifetime software licence is available for a one-time payment. Current prices are displayed on the pricing section of the website. Prices may be automatically reduced in certain regions. Your licence is activated by entering the code received after purchase into the Application.
Lumio does not operate a subscription model. You will not be charged on a recurring basis. Refer to our Refund Policy for terms on returns.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (currently Gumroad). By making a purchase, you also accept the terms and privacy policy of the applicable payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
The Lumio application, website, logo, and all associated content are the exclusive property of Lumio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in Lumio's intellectual property.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUMIO OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENCE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumio and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your licence at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy any copies in your possession.
