Important notice: Lumio is a media player application only. It does not provide, supply, host, or distribute any television channels, media content, video-on-demand libraries, or live streams. All content accessed through Lumio is sourced exclusively by the end user.

1. Nature of the Application

Lumio is software designed to play media streams and playlists provided by the user. It functions similarly to VLC, MX Player, Kodi, or any other general-purpose media player. Lumio does not come pre-loaded with any content and does not maintain any servers that deliver video or audio content to users.

2. No Content Provided

Lumio does not provide, recommend, endorse, or have any affiliation with any streaming service, content provider, IPTV operator, or media distributor. Any content a user streams through Lumio is sourced entirely at the user's own initiative and discretion. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they access is legal in their jurisdiction and that they have obtained the necessary authorisations or subscriptions from the respective rights holders or service providers.

3. Third-Party Sources

Lumio accepts playlist files (M3U/M3U8) and connection credentials provided by the user, then plays the streams they point to directly from the originating servers. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for:

the availability, quality, or accuracy of any third-party stream;
any content or material accessed through third-party sources;
any technical issues arising from the user's chosen content provider;
any change, suspension, or termination of a third-party service.

4. Copyright Compliance

Lumio respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. Using Lumio to access content without proper authorisation from the copyright holder may constitute infringement of applicable law. We strongly advise users to:

stream only content they have licensed or are otherwise legally entitled to access;
